Ancient Tree Puer
This rare, loose-leaf green puer is picked from trees on the You Le Mountain in Yunnan, China. These ancient trees range from 100-300 years old and each leaf is picked by hand. Brewed leaves yield a light amber brew with a woodsy aroma and earthy flavor, with hints of apricot and plum. No chemicals, fertilizers, or herbicides were used.
For the perfect cup, brew at 212 degrees (boiling) for 2 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
