This Casablanca Teas house-blend is made with loose leaf puer from Yunnan and Hawaiian grown cacao. Chocolate Puer yields a pink, amber brew with an earthy flavor and dark chocolate finish.
For the perfect cup, brew at 212 degrees (boiling) for 1-3 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
