This organic green tea is grown high on a mountain, shrouded in clouds, in China's Zhejiang Province. With a picking standard of 2 whole leaves, this is a great everyday green tea to drink. Brewed leaves yield a pale, yellow brew with a light vegetal flavor and dry finish.
For the perfect cup, brew at 190 for 1.5 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
