Snow Chrysanthemum grows high in the alpine region of the Kunlun Mountains in China. It is the only wild chrysanthemum that is able to grow at such high altitudes. The result is a tiny, slow growing flower with a robust sweet, soothing, and floral flavor and an incredibly beautiful deep red brew.
For the perfect cup, brew at 205 degrees for 2-3 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
