White Peony (Bai Mu Dan)
This organic white tea is grown in the Fujian Province of China. Picked in early April, tea master Wu Si Jia dries the leaves in their natural shape for up to 30 hours. Because the picking standard of 1 bud and 1 to 2 leaves, this tea tends to have a more robust, fruity flavor that Silver Needle.
For the perfect cup, brew at 205 degrees for 3 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
