Yunnan Big Leaf - Organic - Dian Hong Gong Fu
Great for everyday drinking, this black tea is picked from the Big Leaf Trees in the Yunnan forests of China. With a picking standard of 1 bud and 2-3 tender leaves, this semi-oxidized, whole-leaf tea yields a bright red brew with full bodied flavor and sweet aroma. This tea stands up well to milk and sugar but is perfect on its own, hot or cold.
For the perfect cup, brew at 212 degrees (boiling) for 2 1/2 minutes (approx. 1 tsp. per 8-10 ounces of water)
